Who we are

hazeframe is an independent studio that makes and sells original digital wallpapers.

Payments

Orders are processed by our online reseller Polar (polar.sh), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. Polar handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales tax or VAT.

Delivery

All products are digital. You receive a download link right after purchase and by email.

License

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the wallpapers on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files publicly, or use them commercially.

Refunds

Because files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If a file is broken or you did not receive your download, contact us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. See our refund policy.
