Refund policy

Digital products

All hazeframe products are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because the files can be downloaded right away, sales are generally final.

When we refund

We will give you a full refund if: your download link does not work and we cannot fix it within 48 hours; the files you received are damaged or do not match the pack description; or you were charged twice for the same order. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@hazeframe.com with the email address you used at checkout and your order number. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are issued by our reseller Polar to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments

Orders are processed by Polar (polar.sh), our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
